Creamy Jalapeño Ranch Dip (Chuy’s Copycat Recipe)

This creamy jalapeño ranch dip is a bold and flavorful copycat of Chuy’s famous sauce! Made in minutes with simple ingredients, it’s the perfect party dip for chips, tacos, nachos, and more.
Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans or Duke preferred)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 4 tbsp diced pickled jalapeños
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 1-oz dry ranch seasoning dressing mix
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is fully combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. For the best flavor and texture, refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours after blending. This allows it to thicken and the flavors to develop even more.
  • Enjoy with chips, tacos, or your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes.

Notes

This recipe can easily be made a day in advance. Chilling overnight allows it to thicken and gives the flavors more time to develop.
