1cup mayonnaise (Hellmans or Duke preferred)
1/3cupsour cream
1/3 cupwhole milk
4 tbspdiced pickled jalapeños
14 ozcan green chiles
1cup fresh cilantro
1 1-ozdry ranch seasoning dressing mix
1tbspminced garlic
1 tbsplemon juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is fully combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl. For the best flavor and texture, refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours after blending. This allows it to thicken and the flavors to develop even more.
Enjoy with chips, tacos, or your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes.
Notes
This recipe can easily be made a day in advance. Chilling overnight allows it to thicken and gives the flavors more time to develop.
