Italian Grinder Sliders (Easy 30-Minute Family Dinner)

These Italian Grinder Sliders are loaded with provolone cheese, ham, salami, and pepperoni on soft Hawaiian rolls, baked with a garlic parmesan butter topping, and finished with a creamy grinder salad. Ready in just 30 minutes, they're the perfect easy family dinner for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 9 slices salami
  • 9 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham

Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Grinder Salad

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup diced banana peppers

Creamy Grinder Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Assemble the Sliders

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping the rolls connected.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls into a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the ingredients in this order: Provolone cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Ham
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the assembled sliders into 12 individual sandwiches.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Make the Grinder Salad

  • While the sliders are baking, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and diced banana peppers in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Finish the Sliders

  • Remove the sliders from the oven when they are done.
  • Carefully lift the tops of the sandwiches and add a generous spoonful of grinder salad to each slider.
  • Replace the tops and serve immediately.
