Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Transfer the broccoli to a plate and set aside.
Add the ground turkey to the same skillet and cook over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns.
Once fully cooked, season with the garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
While the turkey cooks, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce into the cooked turkey.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
Return the broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Serve the turkey and broccoli over warm jasmine rice.
