Ingredients

  • 3 jalapeños, diced and seeded
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmeson
  • topped with chopped green onion

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish or pie dish.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until fully browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the cream cheese and sour cream to the skillet with the sausage. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, parsley, diced jalapeños, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until everything is fully combined and the cheese is melted.
  • Transfer the sausage mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.
