Season both sides of the chicken with the lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the heavy cream.
Add the uncooked gnocchi, salt, and black pepper.
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Stir in the fresh spinach and grated Parmesan cheese until the spinach has wilted and the cheese has melted into the sauce.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
Serve immediately with extra grated Parmesan, if desired.
